The changes observed today in the contemporary business world circle managers with many challenges to function in the organizations. The world is obsessed with expanded and advanced technology to run the organization as per the required status of globalization to be fast and flexible for existence in the market.

The race with the global flux eventually results the most organizations with their employees in a "temporary work culture-TODAY."

Looking a few decades back, 'Managing at that time could be more characterized by long periods of stability, interrupted occasionally by short periods of change. But at present, it could be described as a long period of ongoing change, interrupted occasionally by short periods of stability.'

It remains obvious that employees should update their knowledge and skills to perform new job requirements like the software in the technology world. Many companies did not approach and operate with computer equipment in the 90s. In that era, the employees were focused on a specific work group, with some sort of security and the same people in and out daily. But, now that predictability has switched on to temporary work groups, with diverse members from various departments and with the working culture – rotation of employees, work as assignments and many more. This shows that organizations or companies need change.

Moreover, there are various phenomena to put organizations in a state of flux. So, today's managers and even the employees must learn the nature of temporariness and cope with flexibility, spontaneity and un-predictability. Hence, the major focus lay on understanding the continual change, overcoming resistance to change and creating an organizational culture that prospers the change.

In the organization, everyone faces today is one of the permanent temporariness. However, many fail to realize that the actual jobs and the jurisdiction that employees perform and possess are also in a permanent state of flux. So, the permanent state of flux is the sign of temporariness observed in the organization at present?
